RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
HERMONIE ALLOWS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE REVIEW THIS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT ON HERMONIE.
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- Returns will only be accepted if the orders are in their original condition, accompanied by all original documentation including receipts or invoices, original packaging materials, and with all barcode tags securely attached.
- Returns are accepted only for order(s) in their original, unused condition, untouched, unwashed, and presented with all accompanying materials as initially received.
- Requests for return or exchange of order(s) must be initiated within 7 days of the order shipment date.
- Any discount product or service once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. This only applies to cases where the order is defective or damaged during shipment.
- If you’ve lost the receipt or invoice, you can still request an exchange by providing the other information used during purchase so we can verify your order.
- If the product or service is available, an exchange will be sent upon receipt and approval of the returned product.
- Order can be returned or exchanged if it has a major defect, was damaged during delivery, is the wrong item, size, or color, or was lost during shipping.
- Each product or service is permitted to a single exchange only. subsequent exchanges are not permitted.
- Returns and exchanges will be subject to review by Hermonie.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
- Refund will be initiated once we have reviewed and accepted your returned order(s).
- If you pay with a card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping and cash on delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 working days. If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team and they will investigate it.
- Refunds will be subject to review by Hermonie.
3. EXCLUSIONS
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds will not be accepted for the following, including but not limited to:
- Personalized Orders.
- Gift Orders.
- Furniture.
- Rugs.
- Home Lighting.
- Orders Placed During Campaign Periods.
4. CHANGES TO THIS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Hermonie reserves the right to change or update this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on website. Please review this Return and Exchange Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
