SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

NOTE – For standard shipping within Bangladesh the cost is for the first 1 (one) kilogram (kg). Once the weight of order crosses the limit, an additional charge of BDT 30 will apply for each additional kilogram (kg).
2. DELAYED SHIPPING
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, we recommend that you first log in to the Hermonie website and review the order history page using your order ID. Alternatively, you may track the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact our support team. We are committed to assisting you in locating your package promptly and efficiently.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, someone on your behalf can pick up your order. But proof of identity will be required verification to confirm receipt. Our shipping partner will attempt a second delivery at a time that is convenient for you. Please ensure that all personal data and shipping details provided during the purchase process are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or missing information.
4. UNFULFILLED ORDER
If delivery of your order cannot be completed, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies. Generally, funds are returned within 1–2 business days. However, this may differ based on the institution.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
Hermonie ensures your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact with our support team as soon as possible in front of delivery/shipping man after receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt exchange or refund.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. But the advance payment remains non-refundable After the first 24 hours window.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation request is made within the specified window.
- If payment has already been processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
